WAKE UP! and create the world we want to live in! We need YOU to help make the Madison Earth Day ARTivism parade & event a success!
The event begins with a parade around the State Capitol sidewalk loop. (Meet at the Forward Statue) After, there will be speakers, a live art exhibit you can be part of, art activities, and more!
SIGN UP to participate in one of the following ways:
Hold a climate sheet created by our featured artist, TetraPAKMAN. (https://www.instagram.com/tetrapakman/). Each climate sheet is a repurposed bed sheet that requires 4 people to hold and carry – perfect to carry with family or friends! The sheets have the parts per million of carbon in the atmosphere per month, creating a WAKE UP call about climate catastrophe.
We need volunteers to carry the sheets as well as:
Event Marshal or Medical Support roles
Set up and clean up
Photography or Videography

Bring: Comfortable shoes, water, weather appropriate clothing. Optional but encouraged: all green or all black outfits, noisemakers/whistles/cowbells/drums, art supplies.
