Join disability rights activist and Medicaid recipient Carl “@QuadCarl” Schulze at the historic Little White Schoolhouse in Ripon as part of his multi-day ride from Neenah to Madison.

His 92-mile journey via wheelchair is a protest against the deadly underfunding of Medicaid in Wisconsin — a crisis worsened by the recently passed MAGA Murder Law.

Schulze is calling for higher wages for care employees in Wisconsin’s Medicaid system, and calling attention to the effects on Medicaid cuts to the most vulnerable communities in Wisconsin.
