Racine Educators United (REU) and the League of Latin American Citizens (LULAC) will rally in Monument Square at 8:30 a.m. and then walk to U.S. Congressman Brian Steil's office at 9:00 a.m. to delivery many constituent comment forms as part of weekly action of local democratic organizations.
